Chideock Cottage is a beautiful self catering holiday cottage in the heart of Chideock. It is situated down a quiet lane, off the main road with a sunny, south-facing garden and stunning views. It is just a 15 minute country-lane walk to the beach at Seatown. The award-winning George Inn pub is just over the road so perhaps give the AGA a rest for one evening to experience the lovely home-cooked, seasonal menu they have available – you won’t be disappointed.

The cottage is equipped to a high standard and has all the pots, pans, and baking equipment you need to try out some recipes on the reconditioned, blue AGA. The AGA keeps the cottage lovely and snug in the winter months and has a constant supply of hot water whenever you need it. A handy snap-on clothes dryer is the perfect solution for drying any wet clothes you may get after a day’s walking on the nearby coastal paths.

The cottage has comfy sofas and a large dining table and is ideal for singles, couples or small families wishing to see more of the beautiful West Dorset area.
